Lobby Pulse is the visitor kiosk that knows who’s on site, forgets on schedule, and keeps your staff’s details private.
From the front door to the fire assembly point, you always know who is in the building.
Visitors tap Check in, pick a language, give a purpose and choose a department. Staff names and numbers are never shown.
A live list shows who is in the building, with a one-screen roll call for emergencies.
Visitors check out with their badge number, then rate the visit from 0 to 10 and tell you how to do better.
Most visitor books remember everything, forever. Lobby Pulse keeps what security needs, then lets go. Hover over a card to watch an example record fade.
after check-out, then personal details are anonymised.
after the latest check-out, so the next visit is faster.

Practical features for the front desk, security and the person who signs off the privacy notice.
Visitors choose a department. They never browse a staff directory.
Freeze deletion for a date range while an investigation runs, then release it.
Internal lists are checked at check-in. A match raises a quiet alert for a person to review. The visitor sees nothing.
English, Français, Español and 中文, chosen by the visitor on arrival.
A QR code or on-screen 0 to 10 slider, plus one open question. Stored without names.
Every action is chained to the last, so changes to the audit trail are detectable.
Coming with the hosted edition: match arrivals to expected meetings and alert hosts.
Lobby Pulse supports your compliance programme. It is not a certification, and audits also depend on your policies, hosting and training.

To access, export or erase a visitor record.
The current version keeps data in the browser of the device it runs on. Run the kiosk and Front desk screens on the same device and browser. The hosted edition adds a shared database so every screen agrees.
There is no recovery by design. Clearing the browser’s site data for the app resets it, but also deletes stored records. Email support@lobbypulse.app before doing this if you need the records.
Personal details are anonymised 30 days after check-out. Visitors who opt in to saving their details are kept for 90 days after their latest check-out. An incident hold can pause deletion during an investigation.
On the Front desk screen, use Data subject requests to search for the visitor, then Export or Erase. Visitors can also write to privacy@lobbypulse.app.
English, Français, Español and 中文, chosen by the visitor on the home screen.
No. It blocks card-number patterns in every text field, so it stays out of payment-card scope.

This notice covers this website and the visitor data handled through Lobby Pulse. For visitor data, the organisation that runs the kiosk decides why and how visitors’ details are used. Lobby Pulse provides the tool.
To keep the building secure, to know who is on site in an emergency, and to keep an accurate record of visits. Saving details for a faster next visit is optional and off by default.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| No opt-in | Personal details are anonymised 30 days after check-out. |
| Opt-in | Details are kept for 90 days after the latest check-out, then anonymised. |
| Incident hold | Records in the affected dates are kept while an investigation needs them, then the normal rules resume. |
| After anonymising | Only timestamps and purpose remain, with no name, contact or link to a person. |
Only authorised staff of the organisation, behind a staff passcode. Actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log that does not contain visitors’ details. Some organisations keep internal watchlists. A match is reviewed by a person, and the organisation should explain this in its own notice.
Lobby Pulse does not sell visitor data and does not share it for advertising.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or erase your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. This includes rights under the GDPR, California privacy law and Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Ask the front desk of the organisation you visited, or email privacy@lobbypulse.app. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
Staff access is protected by a passcode with lockout and automatic sign-out, deletion runs automatically, and card-number patterns are blocked. Hosted deployments should also use encryption in transit and at rest, backups and access controls.
This website sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. The support form opens your email app, so nothing is sent until you send the email.
We will update this notice as Lobby Pulse changes and show the date above.
